Welcome to Clome. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clome mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Clome. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the App. By using Clome, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
"User Content" means any photo, caption, tag, note, or other material you upload or enter through the App — including outfit photos you log, pieces you tag, wishlist and sizing entries, trip packing lists, and looks or comments you share in a Fitting Room.
You agree not to use Clome to:
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
Fitting Room lets you privately share a look with people you choose, who can respond with a Yes/No vote and a private comment. Joining a Fitting Room requires an invitation from the owner and your acceptance — you are never added to a room without agreeing first. The room's owner controls invitations and may remove members at any time; only the owner can see the full member list. You may invite people to your Fitting Room using your device's native contact picker, described in our Privacy Policy. Content shared in a Fitting Room is only visible to that room's members and is not posted publicly anywhere in the App.
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, please report it using the in-app reporting feature. We review reports and take action we deem appropriate, which may include removing content, restricting features, or terminating accounts. We are not obligated to take any specific action in response to a report, and decisions are made at our discretion.
You can also block other users, which prevents them from following you, adding you to a Fitting Room, or interacting with your content, and hides their content from you.
You may delete your account at any time using the in-app account deletion feature, which permanently removes your account and associated data.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
The App itself, including its design, features, and underlying technology (excluding User Content), is owned by Clome and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Clome does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Weather-based outfit and packing suggestions are estimates drawn from third-party weather data and may not be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clome and its owners/operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from user-generated content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
